Registered Social Worker
Ashna is a trauma-informed Registered Social Worker who offers warm, grounded support for individuals and couples at Wolf Willow Wellness. She brings a calm, compassionate presence to each session, creating space for you to feel heard, respected, and supported—no matter what you’re navigating.
Evidence-Based Support, Tailored to You
Ashna uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients build skills, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Her training includes:
- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
She also has extensive experience with EMDR, FLASH, and Gottman Level 1 couples therapy, supporting clients as they work through past experiences, manage life stressors, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
